Conditions of refund policy (when we give and when not)

Refunds is possible if a buyer returns an item, it should be in the same condition in which it was received, and it should include all items that were in the original package..

The customer can return the item by mentioning a strong reason on the behalf of the item purchase. However, without a reason, customers cannot be refunded.

The customer receives a full refund when he receives a faulty, incomplete or wrong item.

In case of incomplete return we provide a partial refund to account for the loss in the item’s value or when we received a faulty element. If the item does not match the listing description, the buyer can get a full refund. If a customer does not have proof of purchase he should not be refunded. In case we received an used item so the customer cannot be refunded as well.We pay them back the same way as they paid us when he found technical issues in the purchase (for example- if the buyer orders a digital weighing machine from us and it’s not working in the condition he should request for full refund).

The customers will get back their money within 5 working days of the refund policy.

Condition of return ,replacement and cancellation policy.

If the purchaser changed their mind about the item after receiving the order they bought or something wrong with it, they can request a return. The customer cannot request order cancellation once it has been dispatched. The customer can return the item by mentioning a strong reason on the behalf of the item purchase. Consumers may return most of the item in new /unused condition and wherever possible in original packaging or if they want to cancel or return the order so they must have to tell us within 30 days. If the customers receive a damaged, wrong and incomplete item they can still return the item or request for replacement. If the estimated delivery date for customers order has passed and their item hasn’t arrived, they can request for cancellation. Customers can return their order as soon as possible – but don’t forget to get proof of postage. The end date is the end of 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods.

Example: if we provide you with a Dispatch Confirmation on 1 May and you receive the goods on 10 May you may cancel at any time between 1 May and the end of the day on 24 May. If the received faulty item it can be requested for replacement. If the delivery is missed by customers due to some reason, it should be rescheduled within 10 days. Cost of the return is paid by the company.
